  6. Showing affection means you are trustworthy and have a satisfying relationship.
  7. Showering affection helps you get lower stress hormones, lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure and stronger immune system. So, go be the rain of affection that falls on everybody around you.
  8. Give away affection emanating right from your heart and remember nothing is lost that is born of the heart.
  9. When it get tricky remember that you should try to be a well of affection rather than a fountain. You need to show affection when it’s needed not when you feel like showing it.
  10. Affection is a habit. Make it a habit and live a happy life.
