You have a beautiful heart,
I see it getting torn,
By the humdrum of the daily life,
The wheel you keep on running in.

The maleficent malediction,
Pronounced upon you,
By the biases of the booring,
Beasts around you.

Day in day out, night in night out,
Forever running, if not…

Days that come up short,
Hopes that go too slow,
And hearts that beat too fast.

Life lasts far more than it should,
Transience has found itself in traffic,
Tyranny that has tormented the souls,
The autocratic animus of the rulers.

Devouring all good there ever was.

A war declared upon the world,
By the ego sitting on its solitary throne,
With an army of one and,
Sentences loud and ill-formed.

No words placate the angry fire,
