Gratitude. Start a small gratitude practice. Every day write ten things without which your life would be less comfortable. You can't repeat the things or people in your list. Thank those things.
Another way is to thank everything and everybody you get in touch with when you wake up in the morning.
Soon, you will find things to thank in the present moment and that will continue to anchor in the present moment. This brings great happiness and peace over time.
